We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime. If our hardware or network falls below this threshold in any billing month, you may request account credits proportional to the downtime, subject to verification.

We retain your database records as long as your account remains active. Server file backups are retained according to your plan's active lifecycle and deleted within 14 days of subscription termination.

HyperNode services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is due at the start of your billing cycle.
Payments are handled securely via **Stripe** and **PayPal**. By choosing a payment method, you authorize HyperNode to charge the selected payment gateway for the renewal amount until cancelled.
We offer a **24-hour money-back guarantee** on Minecraft and Discord Bot hosting if you are unsatisfied with the quality of service. Refunds are not available for FiveM servers and VPS hosting due to the dedicated allocation of hardware resources.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your server will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Failure to pay renewals will result in service suspension after 3 days and termination after 7 days.
